Return Policy

In the event that you are not satisfied with your Juice Plus+ product we offer a 100% money-back guarantee on your first purchase with us. All products (sealed and unsealed) must be returned within 60 days of the order date with the accompanying invoice. Refunds are issued for the full amount paid at the time of purchase, less shipping. 

For all other returns, the full order must be returned in resaleable condition within 60 days from the order date. Refunds are issued for the full amount less $10 restocking fee and shipping. 

• Product is unopened and factory seals are in place
• Product is not expired

To initiate a return of your Juice Plus+ order please contact our Customer Experience Team anytime by phone Monday-Friday between 8:30am and 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time or by email at info.ca@juiceplus.com. 

Order Confirmation

Notify Juice Plus+ Canada within 7 days of receipt of your shipment if discrepancy is found.  

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Juice Plus+® subscription through your Customer account, or by calling 1-800-668-8980 or emailing our Customer Experience Team at info.ca@juiceplus.com.
